The Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT), established in 1999, has a longstanding partnership with University of Staffordshire, UK since its inception. With nearly a quarter century of commitment to quality higher education, the partnership was featured as a case study in the UK Quality Assurance Agency Country Report 2020. Since then, APIIT has evolved significantly to become a purpose driven, value-centred organization committed to “inspire love for learning”.
Presently, with campuses in Colombo and Kandy, a student base of over3,000 and an annual intake exceeding 1000 students, APIIT is one of the largest providers of foreign undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Sri Lanka. APIIT has produced more than 5,000 University of Staffordshire graduates in the disciplines of Business, Computing and Law and has a track record of producing highly employable graduates with over 90% securing gainful employment within 3 months of graduation.
