PIM Launches Special Programme for Newly Promoted SriLankan Airlines Managers

The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) has launched a dedicated Newly Promoted Manager Programme designed to strengthen the leadership and management capabilities of the managerial staff at SriLankan Airlines Ltd.

The programme, conducted as part of the PIM Executive Development Programme (EDP) Cluster, focuses on enhancing contemporary managerial competencies essential for today’s dynamic corporate environment.

Participants will undergo a series of interactive learning sessions, covering key areas such as strategic thinking, people management, leadership communication, and decision-making, all aimed at equipping them to handle greater responsibilities with confidence and professionalism.
