Pathways to Success 2026: The Change makers are set to Catalyze Sri Lanka’s Next Generation

With just days remaining until its culmination on the 7th of June, anticipation is reaching a crescendo for Pathways to Success 2026 – Where Potential Meets Purpose. This is not merely another conference, but a carefully engineered leadership and career transformation experience, organized by the Awakening Training Academy as part of its Corporate Outreach initiative and is all set to unfold at the prestigious Marino Beach Colombo.

At the heart of Pathways to Success 2026 stands Mohamed Shukri from Bahrain, the first and only Accredited Speaker awarded by Toastmasters International in the Middle East. A Top Ten Speaker in the World at the 2006 Toastmasters World Championship of Public Speaking, Shukri is not a conventional motivator. He is a Certified Transformational Leader and author all set to deliver his signature session: Awakening Your Leadership Identity: How Young Leaders Create Lasting Impact

Joining Shukri are two distinguished leaders who bring battle-tested insights. Jiffry Zulfer, founder and CEO of PickMe, will present No Shortcuts: The Hard Truth About Achieving Greatness, revealing the gritty realities of building an impactful enterprise. Abdul Qadir, Partner Lead for Microsoft South Asia, will address Personal Branding for Career Success, unpacking how young leaders can strategically build their reputation and stand out in competitive markets.

Another defining moment of the day is the high-level panel discussion, Crossroads to Clarity: Lessons Before the Leap. This dynamic dialogue brings together pioneers from finance, communication and mental wellbeing, including Sandun Hapugoda from Mastercard, Niroshan Nadarajah from Toastmasters International and Thilini Wijesooriya a mental wellbeing expert. Together, these visionaries will offer actionable insights on resilience, communication and holistic success, answering the unspoken questions every young leader carries.

This extraordinary caliber of experience is made possible by a coalition of purpose-driven organizations who share a common belief in the power of youth leadership. Leading the way as Platinum Sponsor is Pyramid Wilmar, whose commitment to empowering Sri Lanka’s next generation has set the standard for corporate responsibility. While Amana Bank has onboarded as the Banking Partner, the Happiness Partner for the event is Barista. Driving the event’s national visibility is Eduwire, the Media Partner, whose dedication to amplifying stories of ambition and breakthrough has been instrumental in building the movement. They are joined by Mifz and many other valued partners, each playing a vital role in ensuring that every detail of Pathways to Success 2026 meets world-class standards.

As the 7th of June approaches, final updates, speaker highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments will be shared exclusively on the Awakening Training Academy’s official social media channels. Follow them now to be part of the journey.
