Kaushiek Sundararaj Shining With All 4As 

Peterite Kaushiek Sundararaj obtained all 4A’s at the recently held G.C.E. Advanced Level examination, performing “Blue Ribbon performances” and honouring both his family and the nation.

He obtained A for Economics, Business Studies, Accounting and General English in the Commerce Stream, at the 2024 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.

With a stellar academic record and an active participation in extracurricular activities, Master Kaushiek Sundararaj is a highly gifted, driven, inspired, and disciplined pupil. He is well experienced in coordinating teams, finances, and leading school clubs. He also thrives in roles that demand character, creativity, innovation, unwavering commitment, and moral values. These qualities have evidently made him a strong and distinctive leader. As a result of these outstanding performances, at the recent celebration of the top achievers in academic, athletic, and curricula held at the College Quadrangle, Rev. Fr. Rohitha Rodrigo, Rector of St. Peter’s College, Colombo 4, honoured Master Kaushiek Sundararaj and his parents, Mr. M. Sundararaj and Mrs. Maruthai Sumadhi.

Kaushiek played a pivotal role in the areas such as being a member of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club, Treasurer of the Tamil Union; Vice President of the Hindu Union, Co-ordinator of the Commerce Society; Competitive Swimmer and an All-Island Interschool Swimming Participant; Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union (SLASU) Novices Certificate Holder and an Inter-House and Interschool Swimming Events Medalist, making him a “multi-talented individual”.

His time as a student at St. Peter’s College, Colombo 4, was therefore a huge success.

Master Kaushiek Sundararaj was also honoured and given a prize at the 91st Annual College Prize-Giving Day, which was held at the Rev. Fr. D. J. Nicholas Perera Memorial Hall. Mr. Srikan De Silva Wijeyeratne, a distinguished old boy from St. Peter’s College, Colombo 4, and a corporate leader, business transformation practitioner, and social catalyst in Sri Lanka was Chief Guest of the event.

He received the General Proficiency for Studies in appreciation of his exceptional accomplishments at St. Peter’s College, Colombo 4, which was quite admirable and noteworthy as well.

Through his hard work and dedication, he stands as a strong and inspiring representative of Sri Lanka’s innovative and talented youth. Congratulations to Kaushiek on these remarkable achievements and best wishes for the journey ahead!
