Transfer Programme for BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence – NIBM

If you want to enroll in the BSc (Hons) in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence program and have a background in computing or software engineering, this program is ideal. To provide a smooth transition into the degree program, the program seeks to fill in any gaps in advanced computer science, mathematics, and artificial intelligence while also strengthening foundational knowledge and introducing key theoretical concepts.

Entry Requirements

  • A recognized Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (minimum of Level 5 or equivalent).

OR

  • G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualifications with passes in relevant subjects such as Mathematics, ICT, or Science will be considered for candidates with strong practical experience.

This program is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of Artificial Intelligence. The modules cover core mathematical and computational principles, as well as advanced AI techniques and real-world applications.

They encompass the areas of Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Numerical Mathematics and Computing, Machine Learning for Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and AI Project where you will be introduced to AI concepts, history, applications, and ethical considerations.
