GCE O/L 2024 (2025) : Results Re-scrutiny

The Department of Examinations has announced that applications for re-scrutiny of results for the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination 2024 (held in 2025) will be accepted online from July 14 to July 28, 2025.

Both school and private candidates must submit their applications individually via one of the following methods

  • Visit the Department’s official website at https://doenets.lk and navigate to the “Exam Information Centre” under “Our Services”.

  • Use the official DOE mobile app and access the “Exam Information Centre”.

Candidates who already have a user profile must log in using the same Index Number and NIC used during the exam. New users must register with their NIC and contact number.

Before submitting applications, students are advised to read the technical instruction sheet and watch the explanatory video to avoid errors.

The fee for re-scrutiny is Rs. 200 per subject, payable online via debit/credit card or at a post office. After payment, candidates can download a PDF of the application and will receive an SMS confirmation.

Applications submitted without payment or with incomplete information will be rejected without further notice. The re-scrutiny fee is non-refundable.
