CIPM Sri Lanka is proud to present the National HR Conference 2025, the most anticipated human resources event in the country. One of the main highlights of the conference is the panel discussion on “Transformative Leadership for a World-Class Workforce.” This powerful session will include Shashi Kandambi, General Manager/CEO of the National Savings Bank; Pradip Pandey, Managing Director of Coca Cola Beverages Sri Lanka; and Ravi Jayawardena, Group CEO of Maliban Group.
