
A delegation from CIPM Sri Lanka took part in the 41st Annual National Conference organized by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) India, (NATCON 2025). The event was held at Hotel Pullman in Aerocity, New Delhi.
The delegation was headed by Mr. Priyankara Seneviratne, Honorary Secretary of CIPM, and included Council Members Ms. Shiwanthie Wijesuriya (Honorary Editor), Ms. Wasanthi Stephen, and Dr. Sanath Palliyaguru. They were joined by four Corporate Members: Mr. Dinushan Tennakoon, Ms. Sumali Shathika, Mr. A. G. Premaratne, and Ms. Dilanthi Samararathna.
The visit featured a structured professional learning tour with industry visits and networking opportunities, allowing participants to explore leading HR practices, innovative strategies, and the dynamic professional environment in India.
This initiative was fully funded under the CIPM–NIPM Memorandum of Understanding and offered to corporate members who have made notable contributions to the Institute.
