AIESEC in University of Kelaniya proudly announces the return of its flagship leadership forum—Challenge Every Opportunity (CEO 2025)—on 23rd July, 2025. The event will take place at the Main Auditorium of the University of Kelaniya with over 300 participants from across the nation expected to attend and witness this bold step toward empowering Sri Lanka’s future change-makers with CEO 3.0.

CEO 2025, an initiative by AIESEC in Sri Lanka—part of the global AIESEC network present in over 108 countries—is now entering its third edition as CEO 3.0. With the ultimate goal of sharpening leadership skills and fortifying future generations of leaders, AIESEC has been shinning continuously since 1948, showcasing their enduring commitment to youth development. Behind this success is also a strong local presence across 19 universities, with more than 1,600 active members.

AIESEC in University of Kelaniya has also been standing strong behind this dedication since their establishment in 1998 to nurture youth potential and cultivate cross-cultural opportunities for growth and development.

This forum aims to offer attendees a unique one-day experience, presenting an opportunity to embrace diversity in inclusivity. The event will feature keynote speeches, collaborative problem-solving sessions, interactive leadership and entrepreneurship workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities. The delegates will include university undergraduates, student leaders, and school-level participants eager to grow as socially responsible innovators and visionaries.

At a time when the future demands versatile, futuristic and ethical leaders, CEO 3.0 stands as a powerful force and a timely reminder of the drive and purpose that young Sri Lankans can bring to the nation. With this vision, AIESEC warmly invites media, educators, and the corporate sector to support, celebrate and inspire youth-led transformation.

The countdown has begun. Join AIESEC in shaping the future!
