CIPM Sri Lanka warmly welcomes you to their interactive session on “Reducing Unconscious Bias” which will be held on 29th September 2025 at CIPM HR House from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM. The session will be led by Mr. Ayoddhya Mahasen Wijayaratne, an expert in workplace diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. With extensive experience in shaping corporate cultures, Mr. Wijayaratne will share practical insights on identifying, understanding, and minimizing unconscious biases that often affect teamwork, decision-making, and organizational growth.

The workshop is designed for HR professionals and managers, team leaders and supervisors, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) champions, middle and senior management and anyone responsible for shaping workplace culture and employee engagement.

With the aim of addressing the barriers to building inclusive and equitable workplaces, Unconscious Bias will emphasize how hidden attitudes and behaviors can be identified and overcome, enabling organizations to foster stronger collaborative teams and healthier work environments that drive both employee satisfaction and business success.
