
The 2024 (2025) G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination commenced today (17 Mar).
The examination which will be held in 3,663 exam centres islandwide will continue until 26 March 2025.
According to the Department of Examinations, a total of 474,147 students are eligible to sit for the examination this year.
The Exam department has requested candidates to arrive early at their respective exam centres.
Candidates have also been requested to carry their admission cards and valid National Identity Cards (NIC) to be able to sit for their exams.
