Hareish from Royal College Wins First Place at All-Island Tamil Language Day Competitions

J. Hareish of Grade 13 from Royal College successfully secured 1st Place in Speech Division 5 at the All-Island Tamil Language Day Competitions organized by the Ministry of Education.

With participation from over 2,000 schools across Sri Lanka, this remarkable achievement highlights Hareish’s exceptional talent and dedication to excellence in Tamil language and oratory skills. This victory marks a historic milestone for Royal College, as it is the first time a Royalist has won two consecutive first places in the competition, Hareish having previously secured 1st Place in Speech Division 4 as well.
