NASA Recognizes Youngest Sri Lankan Researcher

Thepulee Wannakukorala, a student of the City School of Architecture has made history as the youngest Sri Lankan researcher to have a scientific paper recognized and accepted by NASA—a truly one-in-a-million achievement for both her and the nation!

Her 2020 research on Thermo Nano Cells has become a game changer for the fields of research and architecture as her study successfully captured the attention of NASA’s top research divisions, opening doors for potential future collaborations with the agency.
