MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship 2026

MCW Global (Miracle Corners of the World) runs a Young Leaders Fellowship, a year-long leadership program for young people (18–26) around the world. The fellowship is designed to support community-driven social change, especially in three thematic areas: education, health and economic security.

Spanning one year, the program combines virtual learning, intensive in-person training, and practical project implementation. It begins with a month-long virtual phase where participants assess the needs of their communities, identifying challenges and opportunities for positive change. This is followed by a 10-day immersive training in the United States, hosted across New York and Burlington, Vermont, where fellows engage in leadership workshops, cultural exchange, and mentorship. The final phase extends for ten months, during which participants develop and implement their own community-driven projects, guided by experienced mentors and supported by a global network of alumni.

The application includes several key components:

General Information – Basic personal and contact details.

Essay Questions – Applicants are asked to reflect deeply on their communities and personal experiences:

Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Your CV should be no longer than one page and provide a clear overview of your education, experience, and achievements.

Letters of Recommendation – Two letters are required from individuals who can speak to your work ethic and commitment to your community. Friends and family members are discouraged from writing letters. Each recommender should include their name, position, contact information, and relationship to the applicant at the top of the letter.

Liability Waiver – At the end of the application, applicants must review and agree to the program’s terms and conditions.
