Seventy-five young speakers representing 10 leading schools are set to take the stage as Jeewa Education’s Future Voices 2026 – School Category enters its Semi-Final Round on 22 August 2026 at the Royal Kandyan Hotel, Kandy.

Designed as a public speaking and presentation challenge, Future Voices 2026 aims to give young people a platform to build confidence, communicate ideas and develop leadership skills. The initiative encourages participants to “Speak with Confidence, Inspire with Impact and Lead with Purpose.”

The semi-finals will bring together some of the competition’s strongest young speakers, with participants expected to demonstrate not only public speaking ability but also creativity, confidence and the power to communicate ideas effectively.

The competition forms part of Jeewa Education’s wider commitment to supporting the development of young Sri Lankans. Jeewa Education is an international education consultancy operating in Sri Lanka and Australia, with its official website highlighting a network of more than 60 university partners.

UTS College and Nawaloka College of Higher Studies are supporting the event as Gold Sponsors, while Newswire and Xtream Youth serve as Official Media Partners.

With 75 participants from 10 schools competing for a place in the next stage, the Future Voices 2026 Semi-Finals are set to celebrate a new generation ready to make their voices heard.
