The AIC Campus, Colombo, in collaboration with Plymouth Marjon University (UK), is set to host the Research Conference on Educational Leadership & Early Years 2026 (RCELE 2026), providing an innovative platform for educators, researchers, and industry professionals to converge, exchange ideas, and explore cutting-edge research in early childhood education and educational leadership.

Scheduled for 31st January 2026 at Tulip Hall, BMICH, the conference will commence at 10.00 am and is open to the public with free admission. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with contemporary research findings, pedagogical innovations, and strategies shaping the future of educational practice.

Prospective contributors are encouraged to submit both their abstracts and extended abstracts by the 24th of December 2025. Following the review process, notifications of acceptance will be communicated on 15th January 2026, with the deadline for submitting revised abstracts set for 19th January 2026. All participants must adhere to the submission requirements to ensure their research is considered.

Registered candidates will receive detailed submission instructions, facilitating a seamless preparation process.
