
AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led organization, proudly presents Leadership Development Seminar (LDS) 2025, scheduled to be held on September 28. Organized by AIESEC in the University of Kelaniya, this initiative aims to empower the next generation of leaders by equipping them with essential skills and knowledge needed to cultivate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset among youth.
Since 1995, AIESEC has been a driving force in youth empowerment, positive change and meaningful transformation with over 1,600 students across 19 universities as members. AIESEC thus is more than just an organization. It is a holistic platform where young people embrace challenges, grow as leaders and gain both national and global experiences.
AIESEC in the University of Kelaniya has been an integral part of this mission since its establishment in 1998, continuously nurturing leadership qualities through encouragement and active participation in volunteer efforts as well as global exchange programs. The upcoming LDS 2025 is a testament to this enduring commitment, marking the 10th consecutive year the event will be held.
For over 100 delegates, LDS 2025 promises to be a transformative experience. The seminar, hosted at Wasana Nature Resort in Kadana, will feature engaging workshops on motivation, soft skills, and leadership.
