Workshop for Mastering the Principles of Talent Management at CIPM Sri Lanka

CIPM Sri Lanka warmly invites ambitious and curious minds to the “Mastering of Principles of Talent Management” module on 16th October 2025 from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM at CIPM HR House.

The program will feature insightful lectures by Kumar Galhenage, an HR Leader and Award-Winning Consultant/Trainer with over 20 years of experience across 7 industries and over 60 nationalities.

The module is specifically designed for for HR managers & executives, talent management & development professionals, learning & development specialists and line managers & team leaders and it will equip participants with essential tools and strategies to identify, develop and retain key talent, covering areas such as 9-Box Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, and Talent Development techniques to modernize today’s rapidly evolving domains of business and technology.
