Australasian Academy Partners with Pathfinder Edtech Institute to offer HCL TechCareer Shaper™ programs to Empower Holmesglen Dual Diploma Students with Industry-Ready Soft Skills

Australasian Academy (AA) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pathfinder Edtech Institute at its Colombo campus today, marking the launch of a strategic partnership to offer the prestigious HCL TechCareer Shaper™programs. The collaboration will deliver cutting-edge soft skills development training for students enrolled in the Holmesglen Dual Diploma program.

This milestone partnership aims to address one of the most pressing demands of the modern job market the need for graduates to possess not just academic qualifications or technical expertise but also strong interpersonal and professional competencies.

Leveraging AA’s strength in academic training and HCL’s globally recognized industry expertise, the initiative will equip students with essential skills including effective communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and professional ethics.

The HCLTech Career Shaper™ program is designed and developed by experts with decades of experience in industry in alignment with industry requirements, thereby enhancing the employability of students by making them “job ready”. By integrating these modules into the Holmesglen Dual Diploma pathway, students will benefit from a holistic learning experience that blends academic rigor with practical application.
