With a focus on management and leadership, the curriculum aims to provide a comprehensive, analytical, and integrated study of business and management. This ARU MBA supports individuals working in junior/senior management jobs and equips students with the abilities they need to take a managerial or organizational capacity, even if they have little business or organizational experience. A comprehensive analytical study of business is provided by the course framework, which then moves into theme concentrations intended to improve academic interests and career preparation. Students who have not yet held a managerial position must have a thorough understanding of organizational challenges and the capacity to assess the possible outcomes of challenging or complex situations in a range of management scenarios.
In traditional MBA models, a number of distinct modules are often taught during a 12-week period. This puts a busy executive’s learning at risk from other influences like unpredictable job and personal problems that may arise during this period. One subject at a time is available for the Anglia Ruskin ARU MBA. This implies that in addition to their regular personal and professional responsibilities, students must concentrate on just one subject at a time. Seven courses, totaling 180 credits, must be completed to earn the full MBA.
