Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB) – Gateway Graduate School

The NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB) is a regulated qualification which is equivalent to the first year of a business degree in the UK university system. NCC Education is regulated to award the Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB) by Qualifications Wales. Being an accredited partner of NCC Education, Gateway Graduate School (GGS) delivers UK-regulated qualifications in Business, Computing, and Teacher Training since 2008.

Numerous aspects of modern international business will be introduced to the students in this program as they will be exposed to both academic and vocational aspects of a wide range of courses when they begin the qualification, which will help them acquire the knowledge and skills essential for a business career or further education. Students who successfully complete the qualification can work in any of the many business-related fields or pursue further education in a UK university or on the NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB).

Assessments for each unit are conducted through a mix of examinations and assignments, held in multiple cycles throughout the academic year and upon completion, students have several progression pathways such as to:

  • Advance to the NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB) – comparable to the second year of a UK honours degree.

  • Transfer directly into Year 2 of many UK university business programs, depending on articulation agreements.

  • Enter into the business workforce armed with foundational knowledge
