The Wesley College Colombo Class of 2000 today announced plans for the Reunion of the Millennium, a landmark gathering to be held on 4 December 2025 at The Kingsbury, Colombo.
While celebrating 25 years since leaving their alma mater, the Millennium Batch is rallying fellow Wesleyites around a significant cause: funding the refurbishment and upgrading of the Campbell Park sight-screen complex, a key project of the Wesley College Welfare Society.
A special highlight of the event will be the felicitation of over 40 past teachers who played an integral role in shaping the lives, character and values of the Class of 2000. The reunion will serve both as a heartfelt tribute to these educators and a practical step towards strengthening the college’s sporting infrastructure.

Investing in Future Wesleyite Champions
Wesley College has a proud history of producing national-level sports personalities across disciplines. By modernising and expanding the Campbell Park sight-screen complex, the Class of 2000 aims to create an environment that nurtures better talent, supports player welfare, and raises the standard of facilities to match the ambitions of future Wesleyites.
The organisers call upon all Wesleyites, well-wishers and the wider community to support this endeavour by participating in the Reunion of the Millennium, contributing towards the project, and helping preserve Wesley’s legacy as a cradle of sports excellence and character formation.
