NSBM Green University proudly launched NFORCE Portal, an exclusive online job portal designed to connect NSBM students and graduates with top employers and career opportunities.
The NFORCE Job Portal is a key outcome of NSBM’s robust Career Guidance Mechanism, marking yet another significant milestone in the university’s continued commitment to enhancing student employability and strengthening university–industry linkages.
This innovative platform was officially launched by Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Deputy Vice Chancellor of NSBM, whose vision inspired its creation through the collaborative efforts of NSBM’s internal teams. The project was initiated by Ms. Sherien Abeygoonesekera (Career Guidance Officer) and developed under the supervision of Mr. Gayal Amaranath (Senior Software Engineer), with the technical development led by Ms. Dewmini Ariyarathne (Intern Software Engineer).

NFORCE Portal serves as a central digital hub where students can explore internship opportunities, part-time and full-time job placements, and entrepreneurial support—all within a single, user-friendly platform. Beyond job matching, the portal also integrates a suite of career development tools, enabling students to request internship letters, schedule CV counselling and mock interviews, and obtain official internship record books for documentation.
Through this launch, NSBM takes another transformative step in bridging academia and industry, ensuring that its graduates are not only academically accomplished but also fully equipped to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving global job market.
