AIESEC in Colombo North Introduces their Newest Project : Bloom 2025/2026

AIESEC in Colombo North proudly presents their annual CSR project for the 25/26 term, titled Bloom which aims to enhance the quality of education and lead society with innovation, creativity as well as technology excellence.

The Bloom project comprises three main deliverables.

1. Providing a Water Purification System

Ensuring students have access to safe drinking water is vital for their well-being, which in turn supports effective learning. That’s why the project’s first step is to equip the school with a water purification system.

2. Building a Mini Library

AIESEC members plan to gather and donate 1,000 books to help establish a mini library at the school. They believe that exposure to great literature can inspire young minds, foster personal growth, and build a brighter, more sustainable future.

3. Providing a Sound System for the School

The third goal is to provide a full sound system to enhance school functions and student-led activities. AIESEC in Colombo North believes that when students feel confident, they speak up and share their ideas. Their aim is to build a space where every child feels encouraged to use their voice and make a difference.

Through Project Bloom, AIESEC in Colombo North aims to make a lasting impact by giving students improved resources, safer learning environments, and chances to grow. As these young learners gain knowledge and build confidence, the project imagines a future where they can become leaders and make meaningful contributions to their communities. Bloom goes beyond being a CSR effort, it’s a promise to support every child’s potential and lay the foundation for a brighter, more sustainable future.
