US announces fully funded scholarships for university students


The US Embassy in Sri Lanka has announced the acceptance of applications for fully funded scholarships to undergraduates granted under the Global UGrad Program.

In a message on social media, the US Embassy said the scholarship will grant the opportunity for students to spend a semester at a US university.

The US Embassy further said that scholarships are being offered to Sri Lankan undergraduates studying law, engineering, or anything in between.

Applications for the fully funded scholarships under the Global UGrad Programme are due by December 15, 2024.
