
The Ministry of Education has issued a directive to all principals, instructing them to minimize expenses when organizing school festivals and commemorations.
The circular notes that despite earlier guidelines, some schools have continued to spend excessively on such programs, creating unnecessary financial burdens for parents.
The Ministry stressed that future events must be conducted in a simple manner, with minimal costs, ensuring parents are not required to bear additional expenses.
It further reminded school administrations to strictly adhere to Circular 54/2023 on school financial management, along with other relevant financial regulations.
