Pathways to Success 2026 Opens Registrations for Sri Lanka’s Next Generation of Change-Makers

There comes a defining moment in every young person’s journey when the path ahead feels uncertain with too many questions and too little guidance. For many aspiring leaders and professionals, that moment could soon become a turning point as Pathways to Success 2026 opens registrations for what organisers describe as a transformative youth leadership and career development experience.

Organised by the Awakening Training Academy, the event will take place on 7 June 2026 at Marino Beach Colombo, bringing together ambitious young individuals seeking direction, inspiration and meaningful professional growth.

Positioned as more than a conventional conference, Pathways to Success 2026 – Where Potential Meets Purpose has been designed as an immersive platform focused on leadership, personal branding, entrepreneurship and career readiness. The programme is part of the Academy’s Corporate Outreach initiative, which aims to create impactful learning experiences that drive long-term transformation and social impact.

The event is expected to attract around 250 high potential participants, including undergraduates, young professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs and individuals navigating major career transitions. Organisers say the initiative responds to a growing need for practical exposure to real-world insights in today’s rapidly evolving economic and professional landscape.

Headlining the conference is internationally recognised motivational speaker Muhammed Shukri, ranked among the world’s top motivational speakers, who will deliver his keynote address titled “You Are The One and Only”. The session is expected to focus on self belief, leadership and unlocking individual potential.

Joining the speaker line-up is Jiffry Zulfer, Founder and CEO of PickMe, who will speak on “No Shortcuts: The Hard Truth About Achieving Greatness”, sharing insights from his entrepreneurial journey and lessons on resilience and innovation.

Also featured is Abdul Qadir, Partner Lead for South Asia at Microsoft, who will address the growing importance of personal branding and career positioning in an increasingly competitive professional environment.

A panel discussion titled “Crossroads to Clarity: Lessons Before the Leap” will bring together leading industry professionals including Sandun Hapugoda, Country Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives at Mastercard, Niroshan Nadarajah, President of Toastmasters International District 82, and mental wellbeing expert Thilini Wijesooriya. Discussions will centre on resilience, communication, creativity, leadership and achieving holistic success in modern careers.

Beyond keynote sessions and panel discussions, organisers say participants will gain practical tools, professional networking opportunities and greater clarity about their future direction.

Registrations for Pathways to Success 2026 are now officially open, with organisers encouraging interested participants to secure their places early. Additional details, speaker updates and registration information are available through the Academy’s official platforms and social media channels.

Organisers say the event aims to provide young Sri Lankans with more than inspiration offering a platform where purpose, ambition and opportunity intersect.
