PIM Launches Flagship Magazine with a Landmark Tribute to Women in Business

The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) proudly unveiled its flagship magazine, Professional Manager, marking a historic step in the institute’s journey of thought leadership and knowledge sharing. The first copy was ceremonially presented to the Hon. Prime Minister, Harini Amarasuriya, by PIM Director, Dr. Asanga Ranasinghe.

This landmark edition is dedicated to celebrating women in business-leaders who exemplify courage, resilience, and innovation in the face of evolving economic and social challenges. Their stories reflect not only personal triumphs but also their collective role in advancing Sri Lanka’s economy and shaping sustainable futures.

By featuring Hon. Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya, this issue elevates its mission of recognizing impactful leadership and highlighting the transformative influence women possess in national development.

With Professional Manager, PIM aims to create a platform that fosters dialogue, shares best practices, and inspires professionals across industries. This publication underscores the institute’s enduring commitment to nurturing leaders who can navigate complexity, embrace diversity, and build a more inclusive tomorrow.
