Master Employment Law with the CIPM Executive Certificate

The Executive Certificate in Employment Law (ECEL) from CIPM Sri Lanka is a specialized three-month online program designed for HR professionals, managers, executives, and students who are eager to gain a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor law. The program is tailored to deliver in-depth insights into the legal framework that governs the private and semi-government sectors, covering essential statutes such as Shop & Office Employees’ Act, Wages Boards Ordinance, Employee’s Provident Fund Act and Factories Ordinance.

Structured around weekly online sessions (typically on Saturdays and Sundays), the fee of the program is approximately LKR 68,500, with flexible installment and optional discounts. (10% discount for the students who are following or completed CIPM programmes (Fee after the discount: LKR 61,650 -payable in 3 installments – LKR 25,000, LKR 25,000, LKR 11,650))
