Horizon College International Celebrates 100+ Wins at Pearson Edexcel Awards 2025

Shining brightly as always, students of Horizon College International achieved exceptional milestones at the Pearson Edexcel High Achievers’ Awards 2025, with over 100 awards for outstanding performance at the 2025 examinations.

At the iPrimary level, Horizon produced 53 Best Performers. Eighteen students excelled with five Grade P3s, twenty students secured four Grade P3s, and fifteen students achieved three Grade P3s.

At iLowerSecondary level, the school secured 19 awards. One student achieved four Grade S4s, and eighteen students obtained three Grade S4s.

At the IGCSE level, Horizonites secured 14 awards. These grade bands ranged from five to nine top grades, including one performer who earned nine 9s. The IAS results included 12 awards: four students achieving four As, three students obtaining three As, and five students earning two As. At the IAL level, four students obtained two A*s, eight students who achieved one A* each, and four students obtained 3As.

Horizonites were honoured for attaining the Highest Mark in Asia, the Highest Mark in the World, and the Highest Mark in Sri Lanka across multiple subject areas, including Mathematics, English, Computing, Science, Physics, Sinhala, and Global Citizenship.

These achievements signify that Horizon students aren’t just national high achievers, but competitors on an international stage.
