
The Commissioner General of Examinations, Amith Jayasundara, says the results of the GCE Advanced Level Examination are expected to be released after the April New Year festival.
He made the remark when inquired by the media on the examination results.
A total of 333,183 students sat for the examination, of which 253,390 were school students and 79,793 were private candidates.
The exam was held from 25 November to 31 December 2024 at 2312 examination centres across the nation.
The practical tests for the Biosystems Technology (66) subject of the Advanced Level Examination were held from 08-10 February 2025.
