
The Higher Diploma in Architecture at the City School of Architecture, Colombo offers an industry accepted and globally accredited pathway to become a chartered architect in Sri Lanka while effectively blending practical training, international exposure and professional recognition.
The program is designed for the students to receive academic and real-world industry experiences with holistic skill development. It is also accredited by Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA) – Board of Architectural Education; and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) for Parts I & II. Graduates receive RIBA Part II and SLIA Part II exemptions, making them eligible to progress to Part III (Professional Practice) and register as Chartered Architects.
