COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) Graduate Scholarships – 2025

The Ministry of Education in Sri Lanka, in collaboration with COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), invites applications from eligible Sri Lankan students for fully-funded scholarships for postgraduate studies in Fall 2025.

This opportunity is part of the COMSATS Member State Quota, which enables students from member countries, including Sri Lanka, to access high-quality education in Pakistan without paying tuition or other academic fees.

COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) offered 100 scholarships for the nominees of COMSATS HQ in the all Master & PhD Program including following key programs

  • Computer Science

  • Management Science

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Bio-sciences

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

  • Meteorology

The scholarship covers one time admission fee, registration fee, lab/bench fee, and tuition fee while the candidates will have to take care of their living and travel expenses.

The permanent secretariat of the international organization COMSATS is situated in Islamabad, Pakistan and the 27-member organization was founded in 1994 with the goal of advancing South-South collaboration in the scientific and technological domains most pertinent to socioeconomic advancement. A network of 25 COMSATS-affiliated Centers of Excellence across four continents offers the scientific infrastructure and human resources needed to carry out a range of capacity-building initiatives, as well as bilateral and multilateral cooperative research and consulting/advocacy for the promotion of S&T as a key component of national development plans.

The goal of COMSATS is to contribute to the development of a world in which all countries may live in peace with one another and sustainably provide a high standard of living for their citizens.

Important – Before accepting the scholarship, verify the recognition status of the relevant regulatory bodies in Sri Lanka. Such as UGC, IESL, SLMC or any other applicable authority based on the nature of your intended study programme.
