
Colombo International Campus (CIC) has entered into a partnership with Macquarie University’s Cyber Skills Academy (CSA), Australia, to enhance higher education opportunities in cyber security and future-focused skills development.
The collaboration was officially unveiled at an event attended by representatives from both institutions, along with officials from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission.
Sandi Seneviratne, Director – Education, Sri Lanka at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), and Andrew Fowler-Watt, Consultant for the School of Education at CIC, were among those present.
This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting collaboration aimed at expanding global learning opportunities and strengthening pathways in higher education and future-focused skills development, specially focusing on the area of cyber security.
Through this partnership, students will gain access to internationally recognised qualifications, empowering them to pursue excellence with a global perspective.
