Aurora RCM a dynamic Revenue Cycle Management Company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka managing the back-office for Health Industry entities in the United States of America, successfully completed a comprehensive tailor-made ‘Communication Skills Development Program’ conducted to empower smart young IT professionals specialized in Revenue Cycle Management, in the professional art of speech craft and leadership development.
21 energetic participants received their Certificates at the conclusion of a breathtaking performance by four prepared speakers, 4 impromptu speakers and role players who excelled themselves conducting a flawless meeting.
The Managing Director CEO Mr. Mazeer Mawjood congratulated the participants and expressed delight on the outstanding performance of all the participants. The Course Director Facilitator Mr. Dian Abeyewardene, delivering the keynote speech at the Awarding of Certificates, reminded the participants to carry the vast knowledge collected during the extended 64 day long Course, in to the daily practice of effective performance and to strive for excellence in all responsibilities undertaken with self-discipline, dedication and commitment to provide the best service possible to the US based clientele, bringing pride and much wanted Revenue to Sri Lanka.
