CIPM Sri Lanka Partners with NSBM Green University for a Powerful Corporate Program

CIPM Sri Lanka was thrilled to collaborate with NSBM Green University to deliver an insightful corporate training program. The session was led by the experienced, Mrs. Vinodini de Silva, who equipped participants with advanced and practical skills and knowledge required to excel in today’s rapidly evolving workforce.

The program covered key areas essential for career advancement as well as other areas where students need a solid foundational understanding. It began with insights into the Corporate Landscape and Career Readiness, followed by impactful sessions on Leadership and Performance Management strategies.

A key highlight of the initiative was the unique opportunity for participants to gain hands-on knowledge in Essential HR Skills for Managers, designed specifically for non-HR leaders, alongside practical Career Guidance and Interview Skills. The session concluded with a special focus on Optimizing LinkedIn for Career Success.

The program is set to pave the way for future leaders to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills on their journey towards professional growth ad success.
