1. Academic Excellence ( 3rd – 6th year students) – 25% of semester fee (Only for 30 applicants)

• Highest average grade in previous semesters, minimum : 8.500

2. Social Support (2nd – 6th year students) – 10% of semester fee (Only for applicants)

• Supporting documents substantiating the necessity for financial support

3. Family Members (2nd – 6th year students) – 5% of semester fee (Only for applicants)

• For international students – immediate family members

4. RSU Recognition enhancement (1st year, second semester – 6th year students) – 5% of semester fee (Only for 7 applicants)

• For participation in the public life of RSU and events promoting the recognition of RSU

5. Admission Discount (2nd year, third semester students) – 10% of the first year fee (Only for 20 applicants)

• First 20 applicants from countries rated as low or lower-middle income countries
