Rs 600M gift from Nahil Wijesuriya to fund S. Thomas’ College IT building

Engineer and philanthropist Nahil Wijesuriya has donated Rs. 600 million to S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia, for the construction of the school’s proposed IT building. The contribution was made via the Old Trinitians Sports Club, Mr. Wijesuriya’s alma mater, and channelled through his Agnes Wijesuriya Foundation for Children and Elders.
